Preventative Maintenance Option - Helps Prevent Problems Before They Occur!

• Install and configure Anti-Virus program updates on all PCs and servers.
• Install and configure Anti-Malware / Spyware program updates on all PCs and servers.
• Purge and erase all quarantined files in connection with the above referenced software.
• Patch Management for Microsoft security and critical updates on all PCs and servers.
• Install JAVA updates on all PCs and servers.
• Purge temporary files from all PCs and servers.
• Registry Cleaning.
• Run SCANDISK and DEFRAG utilities as required.
• Advise The Client of impending expiry of subscriptions to software, and facilitate renewals.
• Assure that data backups have been performed.
• Review Application, Security and System logs.
• Disk Space Monitoring.
• Full PC, server and network performance optimizations.

Remote Monitoring Option

We will monitor and protect all Servers, PC workstations and network devices using the latest technology in system and security tools to screen for viruses, spyware, malware, device failures, network intrusion detection and performance bottlenecks.
